Saved-ish Soul Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
At Saved-ish Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned item(s) to process.
- An email will be sent after the return has been processed to confirm what was done.
- Final sale items and non-returnable are Facemasks and Swimwear.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at savedishsoul@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Saved-ish Soul is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Facemasks
- Swimwear
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at savedishsoul@gmail.com
